Wish there was an option to give more stars. Colin helped us with our self build mortgage, answering every question we had and talking us through every process we needed to undertake. We were always kept in the loop with our application and felt educated throughout thanks to Colin with Zoom meetings, emails or phone calls arranged quickly and never taking more time than necessary- there was even one meeting Colin held on his birthday. Mortgage now approved without any issues and onto the next stage, CMP are extremely good value for money and provided a really pleasant experience through the initial house build stages which are otherwise stressful. When we got a joint mortgage (and home) for the first time together Murray made the whole process very easy for us.

Murray is always very reassuring, and has a knack of putting things into very simple terms, helping cut through the finance/mortgage jargon and sailing you through the process end to end.

He proactively looks for the best deals right up until the renewal and is very factual and honest about what you can and cannot afford.

Murray's communication is very good, he outlines actions and next steps in the process very clearly. He is very quick to respond to queries and doesn't mind the silly questions (which we often have a lot of).

We'll definitely keep on using Murray's services and advice in future.

I cannot recommend Colin at Carnegie highly enough. He made every step of our self Build Mortgage application straight forward and answered all our questions promptly.
