Initially thought I'd taken the right steps to becoming debt free.

Only after my first annual Review did I see how much admin fees have been inserted into the contract, my jaw dropped.

I've had to call them multiple times, each time taking to to someone who's English unfortunately isn't the best or they say they can't help.

Numerous emails sent with zero replies, three months after my annual Review was due and I've still not been contacted despite now paying over £300 a month in bills than initially listed on my trust deed and contacting them numerous times too.

Have lost hope with this company and would encourage others to seek other insolvency practitioners. Very disappointed.

Next 36 months can't pass fast enough! Never ideal to wish three years of your life away and yet a simple phone call back to possibly solve this!!!

Can't ever get a response from them. My account was with Interpath before and they were absolutely excellent then Carrington Dean bought the cases and since then it's a nightmare. Won't reply to emails ,nothing.

Lucky if you can ever get to speak to them. The only thing they’re answering the phone for is if you press the option to pay. They don’t care about you or your family. As long as your paying them that’s all they care about

Was good to start off but I'm still getting debt collectors chasing me and warrants...you can't get through to them anymore even the WhatsApp chat is a letdown, you get through and they hang up if it's someone who hasn't had enough training. I'll be lodging an official complaint, supposed to help us and not make us more stressed out. They also outsource their calls so you'll never get someone from the UK.

Warning for those considering:
You will NOT receive any support after signing the initial documents. All responsibility is handed over to overseas (south asian) support call centres who do not know the law or terms of each trust deed. They basically act as intermediaries between you and your trustee.

There is no way to contact the scottish office to talk about an *existing* trust deed. They are only helpful and friendly in order to get you as a customer, remember they get £5k fees or whatever.

The worst debt company ever paid off all out standing debt last year and they still said I owed them money and they tried to take money out of my account without any permission which is fraud just like what sky TV does. Yous are the biggest scammers every please well clear of them. Also not to mention they have screwed me over on getting a mortgage, new car and upgrade my phone merchant bankers

Incredibly kind and helpful people who work here. I spoke to Rachel, Dale and mostly Chris who were all keen to help and each made a potentially difficult conversation more comfortable. They also explain things in simple terms without being condescending or patronising.

This is a joke of a company, my ex husband left me in a lot of debt and because I was named too I had responsibility. I looked up debt consolidation and CD came up I spoke with someone who was actually very good and we got all the information together and sorted out a payment plan….GREAT. Or so I thought issue after issue cannot get hold of the people you need to and the contact centre is clearly not in UK as you get emails at silly times of the day. When trying explain issues I am never understood definite language barrier. I wish I had went elsewhere. AVOID
