I have two major issues with this company:

1) The woman who answered the phone was lovely, but the advisor didn't seem very interested, and both failed to inform me of any time limit on the free initial advice call. I didn't expect unending advice for free, but you should be much, much clearer with people enquiring what your free service entails as I was very surprised when the adviser cut his sentence off midway and told me I would need to pay to continue the conversation (which I would have made sure got to the point sooner had I been informed of the 20 minute time limit).

2) They also did not tell me that they would use the contact details I gave to them upon enquiring to subscribe me to their mailing list and send me several unwanted emails. This should not have been done without asking me, and frankly I am hugely disappointed in this firm. I work for a law firm specialising in employment law myself, and I would expect more honesty.

It was a long and hard fight but having such an amazing Representative who not only had many years of experience but also who was professional, invested and to top it off, also knew shorthand made this time more tolerable.
