Castle Country RV in Helper was so great to work with in buying our RV. Lonnie was awesome and made the experience fun. He let me look through so many RVs. Even after we already chose one! Would definitely buy from them again!

We were having an issue with our trailer jacks. They were able to fit us in, diagnose the problem and partially fix it so we could use the front stabilizers and tongue jack. We did not have time to wait for rewiring for rear jacks due to our travel plans, but they made the remainder of our trip much easier without a wait. They were friendly, explained everything and fixed it quickly. If you are in the area and require RV assistance I highly recommend.

The sales staff at Castle Country RV in Helper, UT are absolutely fabulous! We had been looking at multiple trailers over a couple of months and were basically tire kickers 🙂 the staff was super patient with us and always took the time to show us whatever trailer we were interested in. They even humored us when we wanted to look at trailers 5x out of our budget just to see what we were missing! In the end we decided to purchase a new Cherokee from them and the process was very welcoming and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Castle Country RV! Thanks Cameron and Tracy!

The experience was exciting as we found what we consider a perfect trailer for our current needs. Lonny was an excellent salesman, knowledgeable and very helpful, as was all the staff that we dealt with. Great place for RV browsing and obtaining supplies.

I love my new camper!! Nick with Castle Country RV was so great to work with. He answered all my questions and had great patience as I took my time to make my decision. I would definitely recommend Castle Country RV if you are thinking of buying a camper. I did tons of research on pricing all over Utah and hands down they had the best price of any of the other dealers.

Would I buy here again? Probably..
At a glance the pricing is great and it was always service with a smile! However.. Proceed with Caution. After the fees and "Pre-Delivery Inspection" it may not be as great of a deal as you thought it would be. They seem to do a lot of out of state business and are willing to compete to get you in the door. We ended up agreeing to terms and taking the next steps in the purchase. As an out of state customer I was very clear with the terms yet there were many "miscommunications" along the way. There was some pressure to renegotiate terms but in the end they ended up honoring all of the promises made. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with and it's probably the only thing that kept me together through the stressful ordeal. Lastly.. as in most cases.. I felt as if I knew more about the unit than the friendly face walking me through everything at delivery. Prepare yourself if you're a first timer. If the PDI was actually done on my unit; the service guy that completed it is due for a coaching session. 4 miles down the road at Walmart I turned on the water pump to find a steady stream leaking from the toilet supply line. There were also a few things that were obvious and should've been at least brought to my attention before I drove 10 hours. Minor dings & damage that should be covered by the manufacturer. At the end of the day I got a killer deal so I didn't mind putting an O-ring in the toilet line or a shim under the microwave. The friendly service, great prices and willingness to honor promises are big wins for this dealer.. However don't be afraid to stand your ground in a case of "miscommunication". Take detailed notes of conversations & save texts and emails. They will be helpful in you making your case if need be. Beware of the back end finance products like warranty & GAP. In my case they were about double what they were outside the dealer. It may be worth it for convenience & if you're local. Pro-tip: they are not willing to perfect a lien for out of state financing. Get yourself approved with their finance team and look at refinancing options after the sale if you're not happy with what you get at the dealer. Vote this review as Helpful and be sure to read the other not so amazing reviews. I found them to be a bit over the top in some cases but they are a more accurate representation than a lot of the 5-Star reviews. There's a great marketing team at work with the majority of the reviews you see here. All in all - as far as RV dealers go.. These guys aren't half bad. Be prepared and you'll get a great deal here.

I agree with the other one star reviews that five stars are very generous when compared with other dealerships, in general. However, I'm happy for the customers who did have a great experience.

Our initial purchase was great overall. I got on the phone with a new guy and was impressed with his down-to-earth approach and was his first customer. He also didn't give me the greasy salesman vibe.

The finance guy at the time was quite friendly, but I found he gave us false information about flexibility in financing. Another newer salesman told us our framing was metal when it was actually wood. Was kind of funny that when he blurted that out, another salesman nearby gave him the skeptical side-eye look.

The service/parts department at the time was great. They did fantastic work on the accessory installation. My follow-up experience for service was absolutely lousy.

Passed through town a couple of times and stopped here to ask about upgrades. Each time, I got the same unmotivated "whadya wanna do," then an absolute lack of assistance in figuring out solutions or conclusive suggestions. I left there each time very uninspired.

The experience with service anywhere else is a glaring contrast in an industry that doesn't have a great rap for post purchase service in the first place.

Same guy there for years and probably won't change. The dude just doesn't seem to be the type with any aspirations, and that is frustrating when when you are hoping to get something done. We ended up going elswhere closer to home where the parts and service were attentive, provided appointments, and helped me find solutions rather than sit there with seemingly no intention to be helpful. The one reassuring thing was that there were some younger attendants there who seemed motivated to do something as far as they could.

I'm just getting around to this review, so things may have changed as some staff appears to have moved on. Buyer beware. The deep discounts may be tempting, but I'd be leary. I think the reviews with less than five stars should carry significant weight in deciding to take your business here.
