Made sure we had what we needed. easy to talk to. Not your typical salesman that makes you want to leave and not show up in the first place.

Had a couple issues with our new trailer that made it take longer before we could leave and take it home. But, they did fix the known issues before I left. I used to do detailing so i think the exterior detail could have been better. They are taking care of other issues under warranty I found after I got home.

Update* 7-9-2024- down graded hard for the warranty work and just the pain in getting my camper up to the fact I bought it “new.” to much to write was wrong with it. The “fix’s” weren’t up to par with it being new. For instance, the door was rubbing on the top corner making it hard to close the door. The fix, they hammered it to were the door would pass it and the trim now has a gap for water to get into to. Not to mention it looks very bad. The door still had an issue with closing when I came to pick it up. Tech said there’s nothing they could do because the stairs were in the way. So I had him show me what he meant to which I found what it was catching on. I guess it was something for shipping from the factory which he then removed and the door closes now. It was supposed to come with all 4 off-road (aggressive) tires and hub covers. It has 2 different types of tires on it and no hub covers on the back ones. I did ask about it when I was picking it up for the first time they said that’s how it was supposed to be and a story as to why, that made no sense. Find out they were lying about that…. Not to mention I can tell they just thru some tires on because there are marks on the lugs of the wheels that aren’t supposed to be there and not marks on the others. Right now I feel totally ripped off and completely regret my purchase. I’m still going thru trying to have them make things right and will update my review as we go but at the moment I would give 0 stars.

Kodiak, Chris and Zac absolutely CRUSHED IT.

Kodiak’s incredible positive energy and focus is immediately apparent in text messages. You’ll be thankful of the time you spend with him. He’s got a HUGE heart and his story is absolutely INSPIRING. This kid’s going places. I could talk for days. BUT THERE’S MORE.

Chris is the absolute MAN. The truck’s been GRINNING ear to ear since he HOOKED IT UP. Bending my ear!! ?

These campers (Backpack’s as these guys called ‘em, I think I will from now on too ?) are unique setups, you’ll be massively thankful you brought your truck to Chris & Zac. It’s worth any amount of extra day’s drive EASY.

This was the ONLY dealership of the few across the country that had the model I was looking for (Wolf Creek 890) that offered both the onboard air compressor for the red label bags (with fastguns of course) on the truck but also the best Lion Lithium Batteries for the backpack IN HOUSE.

I can’t help it but get the best and wanted the truck & backpack setup right. I’m ALWAYS grateful looking back - every time- when I choose to DO IT RIGHT the FIRST TIME otherwise it can take way too long to get done if at all! These guys get it.

We walked away with a dream camper & upgrades to our truck but more importantly true friends we’ll value for life.

All the while Adam & Management somehow make it THE BEST DEAL TOO.

Somehow we got everything AND THEN SOME at this HAUGEN RV.

It’s hard to explain because it almost doesn’t make any sense! This classifies as a miracle for us, that’s all I know.

Plus - - Logan’s a really nice place with a great beach lake campsite (Rendezvous Beach) close by. It provides the perfect first driving experience up a little curvy mountain with the new camper…backpack ?. The Truck & Backpack were SOLID.

I can’t say enough.

Our experience with Kodiak Ten Bear when trading in our entry level trailer for a 33 foot Cherokee Wolf Den travel trailer was great. He worked hard during negotiations on the trade in and the final price and we really appreciate his efforts. We never felt pushed or that he was not genuine. The trailer was delivered to us as promised by Remington who did a great job backing our new trailer into a difficult driveway.
