Very poor experience with Castles Estates. Booked a viewing with them, drove straight from work to make it. We were told it's going to a lot of competition so we should apply straight away if we fancy it. Agent said we were going to get the application form later the same day of the viewing. We haven't received anything so next day I ve called in to ask if I can get it, knowing this would be the last day accepting application forms. They said we will receive it "later on today". To this day we haven't received anything and its been one week. Really unprofessional, if they would never send us the application form, why bother calling us in for a viewing and completely wasting our time?
