AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! They send you documentation with other companies names on and don’t respond to emails or phone calls. When you finally do get hold of them they refuse point blank to acknowledge any issues and make up fake claims to have provided training. Craig is rude as well as obnoxious over the phone referring to me as "sweetheart" instead of my name and I am the customer! Also if you notice most of the likes on these posts are from his fake backup accounts! We had to go to a different consultant to actually get what we needed done!!
