From the outset, Nick went out of his way to understand my work history to ensure we could access the best possible deal. When interest rates dropped just weeks before completion, he acted quickly to identify a lower rate on our current offer, and Jenny liaised with the lender and our solicitor to ensure it would go through in time. Everything was incredibly well managed and we were very grateful for this!

Communication throughout was excellent, both Nick and Jenny were incredibly generous with their time and advice.
