After 18 years and 8 refusal, finally, my Dad got a UK visitors visa. We applied for visitors Visa in December 2024, but the home office refused the application. Then, in January, we appel Pre-Action-Protocol (PAP). With in one month home office withdrawn the refusal decision. Then, the subject to the reconsideration grant of a Visa takes 3 months' time. But finally, home office Grant my Dad Visitors Visa.

I'm writing this review as a warning to others after the disastrous experience my family had with these people . They completely ruined my brother's and mother's immigration profiles, and we're still dealing with the consequences.

The agent's incompetence was staggering. They failed to prepare a thorough and well-supported file, despite taking £400 from us. The visa application was rejected due to their mistakes, which is unacceptable.

The lack of professionalism and care shown by this agent is appalling. They seem more interested in taking money from vulnerable clients than providing a genuine service.

I strongly advise others to avoid charles simmons at all costs. They will only cause you stress, financial loss, and damage to your immigration prospects.

*Do not trust this agent with your future. Look elsewhere for a reputable and competent immigration service.*
