Had my initial meeting with Jay and she was absolutely brilliant! I'm not proficient in finance or the finance world, and so she kept everything very simple for me to understand. We discussed what my financial aspirations are and in turn the best short and long-term plans to best achieve this. Jay gave me lots of tips and tricks I hadn't thought about or read about before and I left the meeting feeling a lot more confident and comfortable in making appropriate savings decisions. As a clinician, it was beneficial and comforting knowing Jay understood NHS pay schemes (including pension). I would highly recommend other medics to have consultation meetings with Jay!

I chose Chase de Vere primarily because was recommended for dealing with medical professionals. I am very grateful to Aaron Joshi for helping me successfully throughout the mortgage process. From the very beginning of my application, he was most helpful and supportive with regards to finding the best bespoke deal to maximise the amount of borrowing. Despite some challenges with the lender's assessment of the case, Aaron made this process as smooth and efficient as possible. He was extremely responsive, patient and most importantly very proactive. I was getting updates from him as soon as there was a new development (even out of hours and also updating other parties involved such as the estate agent) and he explained everything into detail for me - outstanding customer focus.
