From the initial introduction to Ailya at Chester Partnership we felt instantly at ease with her and had complete faith in her abilities to find us a mortgage under the difficult circumstances of being self employed (we were only able to use one years accounts due to my maternity leave in the years previous)
We were really up against it she found us one Mortgage company who would consider us, even then it was close and she really fought our corner to get it through.
We really can’t thank her enough for making our dreams come true of owning our own house to watch our children grow up in.
She also helped us sort all of our house and life insurance, holding our hand throughout all of the grown up journey.

We remortgaged with the Chester Partnership. Aila was simply brilliant from the first steps of checking affordability to working out the best mortgage for us, considering which package would be best for our personal financial needs. No questions for Aila were considered too small or silly, she really did explain everything to us clearly and kept us well informed throughout the process, certainly responding to emails at times well out of her expected working hours!

We now have a new mortgage and also life insurance package that more than suit our needs. In what seemed like quite a turbulent and challenging market Aila was able to cater for all of our needs. We would certainly use Aila again and highly recommend her services through the Chester Partnership.
