I’m so pleased I decided to invest in some time with Chris. I had achieved what I set out to with my career and had also been having some doubts about what to do next. I was at a point where I needed to stop and reflect, to try work out what the future plan could look like.

Getting the experienced external view from Chris was such a worthwhile exercise. Over the course of three sessions, he asked me questions which I simply wouldn’t have asked myself. Committing to three meetings with him also meant that I propelled my own thinking process further, as I had to meet him with some well thought through responses. It focused what had previously been some unstructured and drawn out thinking from myself, into a well considered set of priorities and actions to help me make better, more informed plans. There was a great balance of conversation, reflection and some exercises to get to some elevated thinking which I regard as extremely important output. The process even made me take time out with my wife so we could reset our wider goals, something we just wouldn’t have done if I hadn’t undertaken the guidance of Chris.

I’m extremely happy that I took the time to seek the coaching of Chris as it has made me approach my career (and life!) goals in a more balanced and effective way.
