I did a coaching program with Anouska with the desire to increase my focus on enjoyment. Due to busyness, setbacks and my daily rhythm I was doing a lot and enjoying little.
The sessions with Anouska were online which I experienced as very nice. The tips, the tricks but also the reflection made me aware that I can influence 'joy' with very small things.
I can recommend the sessions with her. The wisdom of the body and 'being human' and all the other knowledge she has makes it a beautiful experience to be with her 1 on 1.
