If you contact this branch expect to be on hold for a ridiculous amount of time (almost 2hrs in my case), be asked completely irrelevant and intrusive questions and receive no helpful advice at the end of it. Complete waste of time.

Spoke to David recently, very hard to understand. Lots of Ums and Urs sounds like he has no idea what he’s talking about. Sounds Totally unsure about everything he says, and struggles to string an sentence together. Sorry, sounds like a lovely bloke but not easy to understand at all.

Do not even bother wasting your time with this branch. Spineless people who cannot give strait answers. Supervision is out of her effing mind, why can't you cancel appointments without interrogation!? 6 week wait for an appointment promised immediately, that was a lie or 'misinformation'
with no accountability.

Save yourself some time because all they do is read off their own website AT ALL TIMES.

If you can read unaided, do yourself a favour and save your self the stress of even being in contact with this inept bunch idiots.

Excellent advise without spending a Penny they could assist me more help if I wanted to, I agree the waiting time is longer than expected but if you really are desperate for legal assistance/advice just be grateful because this people are there to help they way the can

The Stroud Citizens advice gave my wife and I so much help and were considerate, kind and above all gave us excellent advice that resulted in our getting much needed financial help.
A huge thank you to everyone there who freely give their time and expertise to help those needing advice that if not for the C A Bureau would not be available given the fees solicitors charge
