Part of a family group of 10 (4 under 4yrs old) came to sit outside a pub in boat of garten for a couple of drinks as it was a lovely sunny day. Without warning this city circle tour bus drives into the open patio area where we were sat, forcing us to move our 2 year old quickly off the chair as the bus swings into park. When we confronted the driver he was aggressive and said we should have moved (presumably in front of his bus as he parked because that's the only way we could go). Clearly not a space for coaches to park given the outdoor seating set up by the hotel. The driver should be severely disciplined!

Great transport company!
As a bus convenor for a football club, I've used City Circle several times over the last few years and have find them to be nothing but professional, friendly and efficient. From the back office to the drivers, I've had top notch service and they aim to go out their way to accommodate your requests.
A first class experience and I hope to use them again in future.

Worst experience I have ever had!! New to hiring coaches I rang asking for a quote and got every reason under the sun as to why they dont do quotes over the phone. It seams you have to go down there in person submit your request and then they will email you the quote. The most unfriendly un-user-friendly business I have ever come across. But the MANAGER who had been there for 30 years tells me they do that so stop the competition from knowing their prices. I asked to get a bench mark figure so I know if I can even remotely afford it eg £500 vs £5000 no that wasn't even allowed either. so if you are new to hiring busses in Edinburgh just forget these guys they wont help you or be happy to hear from you either...!
