I started Life Coach sessions with Paul about a year ago and these sessions have helped me to set clear goals, view things in a positive way and has helped me to have the confidence to do things that make me happy. Paul is an amazing life and career coach and he genuinely wants you to succeed. The sessions have helped me to tackle my imposter syndrome and he is always available to give guidance with an action plan. A lot of my friends, family and myself have seen a change in me. Really happy l decided to go for the sessions. l feel like l am ticking off my goals thanks to the guidance l have been given and a new way of viewing things. Highly recommend!
