Richard Gabb - a pushover. Incompetent. Re a divorce case from 2011/12: I still haven't received the main part of my financial settlement (a pathetic one) almost 11 years after Court day! I was 47 then and I am now 58! Richard Gabb - with his patriarchal attitudes - messed up - certainly on the financial side of things. My ex-husband was a controlling bully who was bitter and played games and used power to make me suffer - he was manipulative with money and physically violent at times.
I always wondered what went on when, during the Children hearing, Richard Gabb had a 45 minute long private conversation with my ex--husband behind closed doors without my being present! (despite my telling the Court Usher that I was not happy about this - I was ignored)
Whatever was said, a few weeks later he seemed to have switched allegiance and might as well have acted for my ex-husband!
