He's extremly patient with you, he's relaxed and a very good at pushing you to work hard without getting yourself hurt. Great PT! James is very focused and motivated on your own goals and for you to achieve them. He constantly keeps in touch with me and my goals even though I live far away and unable to have many in person sessions. This along with his open, friendly and knowledgeable personality allows him to help not just beginners to weightlifting but also more experienced weightlifters and anyone in between. I've had a very on-off relationship with the gym now for many years and never been able to stick to it, because I didn't know what I was doing and never felt any sense of achievement from going. I decided I needed a coach and spoke to James who was very approachable and discussed goals and set expectations. Having worked with James for a few months now, my attitude towards the gym has changed completely. I actually look forward to going which I never have before. I really enjoy my sessions with James where he gives really clear explanations of what we are doing, how it works, and what the outcome will be in the long-term, but also has a laugh throughout. He has also really helped build my confidence so I can go to the gym myself and not feel out of place. Really recommend working with James even as a complete beginner as it can all feel very intimidating initially. He's really supportive and helped me achieve goals I never thought I'd ever be capable of.
