Very unclean
Driver threaten to not do round trip to Oldham and leave us in Scarborough and take taxi to oldham from Scarborough
Driver big racist
Driver loved to kick off and takes the Mick out of everyone
Driver No allow food even for kids
Driver no allow toilets even for kids
Driver gives dirty looks to us young from 14
Driver (non Muslim) says Allah my witness
Driver got angry at us for parking in wrong spot and says IM NOT ALLOWED TO BE HERE even tho he couldve parked with other coaches we did find other coaches in separate place but driver decided to take up 4-5 car spots
Driver wanted to drop us 15 minutes from original destination
Driver no allow toilet says that the people last time ruined his new coach
Why would you have a toilet on coach and NOT allow your clients to use use it even though toilet is in between the seats of the clients
driver did not want no food on coach
Why not IF we leave the NEW coach dirty fine us or make us clean it same with toilet .
Driver took 2 hours 20 min trip excluding 30 min service stop
Took 4 hours excluding service and dropped us out of Starbucks and McDonald's
Other group with Yelloway had a better time with us they're driver allowed them to be loud as they want , eat and use toilet and driver dropped them off in nice place ( we got dropped off on the middle of a random A road where as they got dropped off with a park nearby a bridge to the behind and the sea to the front) and on took 2 and 45 min including Service stop and took no dumb stop and blamed on passengers

This was a trip From Oldham Grand venue to Scarborough On the 2024 neoplan the image showed is seat 40 and how dirty it is seat 39 was worst didn't mange to get picture of it looks like Coffee stain if you ask me But there is no food allowed it also smelt like coffee so it was fresh and we booked early in the day ? unless he didn't allow Asianz to eat

From the customer service to driver performance are so responsive and reliable. We had a big group of 86 elders required 2 coach buses for an outdoor BBQ catering event at Wirral Country Park. We opted for COACH OPTION LTD because its price is the most competitive one, Allison from the customer service followed up our enquiry closely and reacted to changes swiftly. James and Tony were the 2 drivers assigned for our event, they were both professional, well dressed and very responsible every step of the way. Highly recommend this company!! ?

Today we been to Scarborough beach da drive was a nightmare was so rude we had 2 coach 1 was good and the other one was so bad and rude he did not let us use da toilet and he said he dont want us eating or drinking anything da coach as its a new coach. We have been in coach before and u can have snacks drink he also take us da longer route to Scarborough

I love the trip we had with Coach Options Ltd. The bus is in excellent condition, the driver is friendly, and we had a beautiful one-day trip to Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford, and Anfield Stadium. One of the members of the group left his shopping on the bus, and he just realised it around 30 minutes after the trip. But we are so lucky that the driver kindly delivered the shopping to our hotel. The overall service of Coach Options Ltd is just beyond my expectation. I will definitely use their service again in the future.

Outstanding! This company could not have been more helpful. We booked a midi coach for 4 days to take us to Oxford on holiday. The driver Darius was charming, helpful and courteous at all times. We originally wanted a team bus but unfortunately this was not possible due to the size of the coach and the various venues we visited. We will definitely have quotes from this company again. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Barry our driver was first class couldn’t do enough for the Leigh Leopards ladies team taking us to our final. The coach we travelled on was superb with all the facilities on board needed for comfort and travel .

I would definitely recommend Coach Options. The friendly office staff were quick to deal with my last minute changes. The coach I had was a brand new one after speaking to Dale the driver, he said all their coaches were under 5years old so they are not run down like some of the other cheaper companies. The drop-off and pick-up went very comfortably I was even given the drivers number in case I needed to contact him! I would highly recommend their service!
