Amazing independent bus company, in fact one of my favourite independent bus companies. For me it ticks of all the boxes: Nice Livery and a nice fleet with multiple new single decker and double decker buses brought in each year. Better than some other local independents such as Mulleys who use an old dirty fleet of buses

My experience of using the 201 from Brandon to Mildenhall and the 86 from Brandon to Bury St Edmunds is a negative one. The buses are late on a regular basis and the bus drivers carry a negative demeanor, usually ignoring you when you 'thank them' upon leaving the bus.

As an update, the behaviour continues to this day on 14th October 2024 where leaving my volunteering job at the Salvation Army, I was met with a "smirk" by the driver - like he was almost mocking me - upon leaving the Bury St Edmunds to Brandon 1:55pm service. This is not the bus for you if you have mental health issues, as the drivers carry a 'bullying' demeanor.

I wasn't expecting to use this service today. In fact, I haven't used bus service for many years.

What a great experience. Bus was on time in Thetford from Bury (86). Driver was very welcoming and friendly. Not forgetting only £2. Thanks so much.

Very good company. Serves Thetford very well in all the services they provide.
The new Norwich bus is excellent. Only 1minor disappoint with it is that I wish it would start at 9.30 from the bus interchange. I think even more elderly people would use it then. Long journey from other side of town to pick up the bus at VP garage.
I like the day trips and hope that you will continue them. Very good value.

I love the company I go down to see all the lovely drivers and buses at thetford bus station they are an amazing company despite running 1 or 2 minutes late but the whole industry is struggling for drivers so it is absolutely fine the amount of friendly staff is over the moon

I'm really disappointed with your service because I'm diabetic I had a accident and would have hurt my head if I didn't put my heads down I'm so really worried about my health problems u didn't stop and help u got out of sent and bloody help I am the Thetford bus driver should help am bloody sick off this I am hurting over the accident

Used the Beeline 90, picked up from Attleborough, with my mates for the football to Norwich, 28mins it took straight to the bus station. Brand new bus all clean as well..We will now use this instead of the train in the future

Buses are 10-30minutes late on the daily, you call customer service and no help. If you use coach services expect to be late to whatever you have planned. Don’t expect to be compensated. 90% bus drivers are great. Super friendly and you can see they try there best. Poor management is clearly the issue. As coach services doesn’t have any competitors they don’t care as most people have to use the service.

-arrival/departure times (very popular)
-more staff/more buses

I have personally spoken to many young individuals that where distressed as busses won’t let them on as they are full. They are missing after education social events. Which is massively important for are young people in our community.

I believe these issues can be fixed. The question is does coach services want to fix them.
