No stars tbh . Coming out of Hullavington yesterday on my bicycle most Wednesdays at just gone 11am . Coach from this company speeding out of the village at a ridiculous pace and as an experienced 30k a year driver and seasoned cyclist the driver was too fast and if he was very very close to me. Reckless and no respect for human life. This had been reported to Wiltshire police

Used the 99 from Chippenham train station to Malmesbury on Saturday 15th and Monday 17th February 2025 - friendly driver, great timetable and value for £3 - dropped me off where I needed

Started using the service alot from Swindon but please, educate your drivers on safety.
Most of the drivers on the 99 are polite, kind and helpful but the polish (?) driver is the worst!
Speeding, braking erratically, driving off before people are sat down and not speaking to paying customers, makes people feel very unsafe.
His ridiculous braking for no reason yesterday, made me hurt myself. There are older people getting on the bus and there safety is crucial!

TERRIBLE driver. Please discipline the driver operating bus 93 from Malmesbury to Cirencester on 15 Nov (Fri) 18.08 departure. Me and a friend were waiting at the bus stop for bus 93. The bus was already on stand by with the driver and when it was time for departure, he SPED UP AND PASSED BY US, instead of letting us in the bus even after us waving our hand.

There are 4 buses on the Swindon to Chippenham route today. They’re all at the Chippenham end of the route! Some days there are 3 buses some days 2. This is a totally unreliable service. No point having a timetable just stand at the stop with a picnic and hope for the best.

Bus drivers drive too fast ! They turn corners too fast , slam the handbrake on so me and my bag go flying forwards and this is almost a daily occurrence, also sometimes a bus comes along with comfy seats but it is rare. I have had a bus driver be rude to me for getting on the bus when he'd left the doors open and gone off to have a break ( not like there's anything wrong with that) with 3 minutes to spare.
