I have been having PT sessions for 6 months now and have grown in confidence while at the gym. Jack has helped me to loose 10kg so far and helps to boost motivation, to keep me progressing. Jack is very professional, approachable and friendly, giving great advice and tips to get the best out of my weightless journey. Jack is very flexible with time, and does his best to reschedule any sessions that cannot be attended by either party. If a session is not able to go ahead, the cost will be deducted from the price, which is very kind of him to do so.

I joined Puregym in Dec 2024 and since then I have been coached by Jack Cowley. As I was new to the Gym concept, I wanted to take help of a personL trainer for a month to get familiarised with the techniques and equipments. But since I started noticing the changes and someone tracking the progress and helping to improve each day, I didn’t stop after 1 month. Jack is not just a PT for the name sake. He really has the depth of knowledge about workout techniques and the science behind each. I would really recommend him to anyone who is serious about improving their physical strength and in need for a personal trainer to assist.
