A Coach, like Wendy, represents the top .5% in her field because she brings her Humanity, Compassion, and Laser focused line of discovery questions with the most gentle cajoling to get you to the essence of what may limit you in your life. Active listening can be a catch phrase and with Wendy it is her essential tool towards discovery. Wendy is an excellent business coach for several reasons, but what sticks out to me the most is her experience leading a Global Corporate Sales team and the fact that she is a business owner. I was looking for a while for life coach that can understand how business works.
