Jon is a very personable and profession coach who is highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced which made me feel like I was in good hands! He has great energy and made sure that the start of my session was positive. He was focused in his approach and used great questions to help me get the most out of our time together. It was really productive and valuable and I was able to talk honestly and openly about what I am currently facing as well as exploring positive steps to take to move me forward towards where I want to go. I finished my session feeling much better in myself, more like me and more positive and motivated! I would definitely recommend Jon as a Coach - it will be one of the best decisions you make!
