The people who I attempted to buy a property from used these people.
The only thing I can say is that they're absolutely useless.
I gave up on the sale because of how long it took them to solve a very simple problem.
It left me homeless, having to pay for a hotel when my property (the one that would've been mine) was empty and all my stuff was locked in storage. DO NOT USE THEM.
Absolutely unprofessional.
You'd think that they're only pretending to be lawyers

When you're a lawyer who works in brokering property sales, you're morally obligated to make sure your clients don't go homeless, otherwise how would you have any clients at all It's amazing they're even practicing law at all, let alone running a business out if it, going about their business the way they do. Steer well clear.

This rude & incompetent lawyer works out of a filthy unkempt "cave" of an office, absolute nightmare to deal with setting up a Power of Attorney ..... RUN AWAY !! .... take your business elsewhere and avoid being on the receiving end of "Cockburn Cockups" !!
