Very pleased with the service that my wife and I have had with Confidence Wills. Bee Howard was very proffesional and explained at the very outset the best way forward in preparing our Wills and EPA's keeping it simple and without going into a lot of legal jargon. Excellent and we feel very pleased to have done a Will and LPAs. Kevin came to the house and put us at ease immediately. He explained the choices and made us laugh - not easy you would think for such a process. A helpful and warm person like Kevin was just what we needed. Kevin made the whole will writing process simple.
Although I had spent many weeks researching "wills, power of attorney,probate etc" Kevin explained everything in detail, but in a way we could understand, he gave examples of different scenarios, covering what would happen if either of us passed away and how to protect each others estate should one of us needed to go into care, making sure our children, grandchildren and other named beneficiaries got what we wanted them to have.
We were very impressed with Kevin's knowledge and professionalism & would publicly like to thank Kevin & Confidence Wills for their help and advice in making our Will writing process simple and giving us both peace of mind.
We would highly recommend their services.

Phil Kelly was very professional. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. Kevin Bevan came to my home to make my will, he was friendly, professional and made process very easy and explained all my questions in detail. My will was a bit complicated in parts but Kevin found the easy way to do things which I thought would be a stress.
