With an excellent marketing package, efficient coordination of the maximum amount of viewings (during extremely limited time slots due to inflexible tenants), and the excellent management of demanding buyers, the team surpassed my expectations. Each viewing was accompanied by the agent, and swiftly followed up after; I never had to worry that an opportunity had been missed. I was kept fully informed of upcoming viewings and promptly debriefed following, and had every confidence that they always tried their best to follow up and progress each enquiry. I was impressed that I always received a detailed feedback report for each viewing day; something I’ve not experienced with other agents.

I was so pleased the team was able to negotiate a sale price higher than the buyer’s first offer.

They’re an absolute pleasure to deal with and during each and every conversation I felt genuinely listened to and received wise counsel to assist me with making several sensitive decisions.
