Emily, Ruby and Cameron have been exceptional throughout our house sale. We had a preconception of Connells with it being a national company rather than local firm but have been completely proven wrong. Their communication, clarity and professionalism is an asset to the company. As a team the process in getting our house on the market was made very smooth and stress free and we had a viewing booked within four hours of signing the paperwork. They are all very friendly and approachable, with a proactive approach to buying and selling within the property market. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Have popped 2 offers in on houses with Connells one I never heard anything back and property marked STC. The second offer popped in and asked if higher came in to come back to me, never heard anything again and house marked STC. I wouldn’t sell my house with them as don’t think they would try to get the best price.

I have recently moved down to Plymouth from Essex. Connells were amazing every step of the way. From finding an amazing property to moving in & everything in between. They couldn't of been more helpful. Emily the Office Manager oversaw all aspects of finding & buying the property right up to handing over the keys. I highly recommend Connells Estate Agents for buying or renting any property.

She called about properties to coming to the market and helped us get an early viewing, which was amazing. Ruby even gave advice on selling our property despite it being in a different area. Ruby was absolutely brilliant at helping us see the property…she was friendly, helpful and professional. Ruby dealt with the awkward situation (not her fault) of not having the right key for the property very well by putting us at ease and came back out to the property to meet us again the following day.

Absolutely appalling from start to finish! They sell you a dream and tell you only what you want to hear. Shocking communication. Never even told us our offer had been rejected untill I called and by then it was too late because the house had already sold. We wondered if our offer had even reached the sellers!!!! They also Told us we had viewings on our house that never even went ahead. No one knows what they’re doing, it is a complete shambles.
