I had tried and failed to use DIY website builders several times and decided that I needed help. I uploaded my project brief to Bark and within minutes of posting, Paul from Consultico was on the phone pitching his services and asking more about my project. He patiently answered all my questions and a few emails later (having compared his offer with others that had come in) I was certain I wanted to employ Consultico’s services.
I outlined my brief on what I wanted from my website build, from the layout to the colour schemes and left Paul and his team to it.
Paul remained regular contact throughout and arranged a couple of teams meetings to show me his progress and allow me to highlight areas I wanted to change or tweak.
Paul worked hard to ensure I was entirely happy with every detail. He encouraged me to bring up anything I wanted to change no matter how big or small it seemed and ensured I got everything I wanted from my website and more.
He kept to the brief and offered advice at every stage of the project, delivering a fully functioning website within the time frame we had agreed on.
Towards the end of the project, Paul took me through the back end functions of the site over a teams meeting and taught me how to make additions and adjustments myself.
I now have confidence in my abilities to make these changes following Paul’s tutorial (something I never believed I could have done).
Consultico also helped me design and then supplied matching business cards for my site complete with QR code and dedicated email addresses.
Paul has reassured me that I can contact the team at any time if I have any future issues, additions, or changes to make to the site.
I am beyond pleased with my experience working with Paul and with the results I have been left with. He took away all of the stress and left me with a professional website well beyond anything I could have made myself. Consultico are well worth the investment and a pleasure to work with!
