Dear Steve,

Das signs recently reached out to Steve at control IT solutions to help kick start the new structure brought in mid way through the year.

First of all we needed to upgrade and tighten up our “Mission Control”
And give us a base point to move forward

Steve and James came for a brief visit and immediately knew what they had to do to make our office run more efficiently. Not only that, the team recognised what we needed to have in place for future growth in both the IT and Cyber Security areas of our business.

Within a very short time Steve and his team had seamlessly transferred all our main office workings to a much more efficient system that we are already reaping the benefits of. There was no down time at all and apart from a few system restarts we had absolutely nothing to do at our end which meant we could continue on working as normal while the Control IT team upgraded everything in the background.

Since the main changeover day we have noticed a massive change for the better with everything running more efficiently and now all our systems and computers talking the same language it has also reduced the mistakes and wasted time caused by doing everything manually.

In an industry where a tiny mishap in file transfer can cause a very expensive problem I’m more than happy we got Control IT solutions involved when we did.

Another Excellent feature is the support section of the business where the top notch service from James and Ruaridh going that extra mile to help fix my world ending problems. Thats why these guys are the experts.. a quick call and the flick of a switch and problem solved… how much time I would have wasted before trying to teach myself the solution to a problem that I would never be able to fix..

As far as DAS Signs is concerned we’ve found a new IT partner and we will be recommending Control IT solutions to every business we know.

Steve has recently helped me recover significant amounts of data, files and most specifically, extremely "valuable" photographs that I thought were lost.
