Tina was great!

She was professional and friendly and helped me through a transition in my life. Sessions provided the space and time to reflect, consider questions & new perspectives enabling me to make a decision which impacted on my life and career.

Our sessions were outdoors which was fantastic. Being in nature and walking side by side took away the formality and gravity of decisions. Being in the woods or by the sea had such a therapeutic value.
