I approached Mike on behalf of my Mum after receiving a poor service from another agent. Mum was selling her home to come back to Australia . My only regret is that we didn’t change agents sooner. Right from the start Mike was approachable, professional & friendly. We discussed a game plan and Mike got on with it providing excellent photos and a brand new look to re release Mums house.

Mike provided regular updates and feedback with any correspondence being dealt with swiftly and promptly. In no time, Mum had viewing after viewing until Mike sealed the deal with a cash buyer over the asking price. A stark comparison to the one viewing in 8 weeks from the other agent.
