Difficult one. It took 5 hours to clean our septic tank - they charge by the half hour after an hour - the man was very helpful and kind - though he left a mess which took two of us a couple of hours to clean up. Bill was very high - the company reduced it, but we were not happy due to the mess. They took the money anyway even though we were discussing the cost with them, Heard nothing since the money was taken, even though we have contated them. Not a way to run a business

Countyclean were efficient and professional. We needed our septic tank inspected as it wasn’t operating correctly. Using a camera they discovered that there was a blockage in the pipework. They then used a jet washer to clear the obstruction. I would certainly recommend using Countyclean for anyone with similar issues. I have only given a score of 4 as it is too early to tell if the problem has been completely resolved.

We have our septic tank emptied once a year by County Clean - always in January to minimise damage to the herbaceous border which hides the lid. County Clean's drivers deal very well with the tricky access to our property, and once again the job was done quickly and cleanly.
