I absolutely can’t fault this property company in anyway shape or form, they have been not only kind and supportive to me as a tenant went over and beyond to me and my son. They are on call at any time of the day for absolutely anything you need, they are professional and caring. Simon, Chris and Lin have done everything in their power to go over and beyond and I will never forget the generosity from this company. I tell every client I have tenet or landlord to go with them because they are truly the best of the best. I will miss being their tenet and wish them them all the luck in the world. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the property you manage at 11/3 Hawkhill, Edinburgh. The tenant in this property caused significant water damage to my flat due to flooding, which affected three separate rooms. This incident occurred just two days before Christmas, and despite my efforts to engage with you for a resolution, I have encountered a lack of cooperation on your part.
As the managing company, it is your responsibility to ensure that tenants behave responsibly and that any damages caused by them are properly rectified.

I’ve had nothing but problems with this place. The apartment was in an appalling state of disrepair from the start, and every time I reported issues, I was somehow blamed for them— as if I could be responsible for mold growing on old walls. They were evasive and outright lied about certain problems, claiming ignorance, even though they’d clearly attempted (and failed) to repair them before, using cheap, shoddy fixes. It’s obvious they took advantage of me, likely because I’m young and not from Scotland. Stay far away from these people; they are dishonest, untrustworthy, and only out to exploit renters.

I can't believe that I'm leaving a review for a letting estate, but our renting experience with CP Property has been so, so positive that I've felt the need to!

We have recently purchased our first home, but have such fond memories of previously renting through Chris and the team at CP Property. Chris was excellent to work with from start to finish, and his colleague Lin - alongside the rest of their team - were super speedy to reply to any concerns and issues over email with the height of professionalism.

It felt like Chris and his team cared personally, and made the entire renting process - from moving in, to getting our deposit back - really smooth and totally fuss-free, unlike other letting agents! Would highly recommend renting through CP Property. Thanks again!
