I sold my house in Greenwich in circa 4 weeks (offer to completion) and bought a house in Hove in circa 3 weeks. This was, as you can imagine, very stressful and without the help of Steve Ellis would not have been possible. I tried to get them to investigate a covenant for me. Spoke to someone on the phone who asked me to email which I did. After week I chased it up to be told they had passed it on and I could call and follow up if no-one got in touch. I did this and eventually I got a call back to say the person in question had been busy with work that is why they hadn't responded to my email for over a week. If it is this difficult to get them to communicate when I am a potential client how hard will it be to get answers when they have my money on account? I won't be using a company where I have to chase them just to get them to respond.

Got a letter from them appointing my wife as Director of Management Company for our Development. (We never agreed to that). Called back to Speak to Amiee. Took me a week to get hold of her. When finally managed, they refused to respond any of my questions about my personal information. Basically, they hold my personal information but refusing to advise me on it. Never heard about them before, definitely will not use them in the future.

This company charge extortionate rates and provide incompetent people. They sent a letter to the company they were acting against on our behalf but titled the letter subject stating they acted for them and not us! Kinda a school boy error. Also after the solicitor was changed the new solicitor that was appointed to the case was supposed to of reviewed the file, however upon her calling me she started asking if they were financially stable for the money we were claiming off of them however we were the claimee not the claimer. Seriously stay well clear. Loads of money for absolutely no gain and we were faced with having to go and appoint another solicitor.
