Colin is a great personal trainer. He fine-tunes the fitness regime to the individual, ensuring goals are challenging but at the same time realistic. What marks Colin out is his interest in building long-term fitness (as opposed to short-term gains). He also has a good sense of humour!

I decided to look for a Personal Trainer (PT) and came across CSP Training. I have had a really positive transformation, I see Colin once a week for a hours worth of training. Been seeing Colin since about June 2023. As you can see below, the image from the left was what I looked like when I started with CSP Training in June 2023 and you can see the transformation. the
second image was taken in Aug and third taken in October 2023.
I still have some way to go, but I am still going, still losing weight, gaining muscle & best of all, looking great!
Colin is friendly, easy to talk to & a great PT if you want good motivation to get into shape.
Give him a try, you will not be disappointed!

Colin is a wonderful man and a brilliant personal trainer. It was the best decision I made towards my fitness journey. He is very knowledgeable, very motivating and he is in a class of his own. I'm so grateful for his high-quality training, skills and his understanding of my fitness goals. Colin's training methods are hard, but at the same time, it's fun and so exciting. He pushes me physically and this keeps me grounded. Apart from being my personal trainer he has become a friend. So if your serious about your fitness Colin will not disappoint!!!

My Post pandemic Body & Mind were not happy - feeling very unfit and overweight from “Sitting” so much,
Add to that Becoming officially “Middle Aged”
I knew that looking after my health needed to become a priority
After just 8 weeks of Training with Colin I no longer suffer from symptoms of Sciatica - my old shoulder injury no longer bothers me and most importantly my Mind is positive and in turn I am far more confident about my body image
Colin has a vast knowledge of Fitness, Anatomy and psychology
He is incredibly easy to Train with, he encourages and has a fantastic field of expertise
Fitness is not my Favourite thing & I have struggled to make it part of my daily routine, but the Value of having a Personal Trainer guide me is possibly the best gift I have ever given myself.
This is an investment in myself that I would recommend to everyone looking to get back that Amazing FIT feeling and Colin is the PT Professional who can get You there.

Colin is a wonderful PT. I worked out with him for approx 12 months before I moved away. He is professional and fun and very motivating. He helped me build my confidence and he really listens to you. He has a great deal of patience and empathy and really cares about you and building you up to your full potential. I have no hesitation in recommending him. X

Colin started training me after I had been treated for leukaemia and was struggling to return to normal life and fitness. He was incredibly patient with my lack of stamina, fitness and strength but provided me with exactly the physical and mental support that I needed to move forward with my recovery after I was stuck in a rut. I have been exercising with Colin for several years now and he is fantastic at identifying what motivates me and where my physical limits are, even when they are further ahead than my own expectations.

In the time since we started working out I have had a hip injury that Colin has helped me work through despite some of the limitations that I experience as a result. He has adapted to the current pandemic lockdown and we are working out remotely with a decent amount of success (my thighs ache as I type). I also arranged for him to conduct exercise classes through our company. The staff who attended sang Colin's praises as they all commented about the huge improvements that experienced with posture, back pain, flexibility, weight loss and injury recovery.

I would highly recommend Colin as a personal trainer. I am not exaggerating when I say he has been a real positive influence in my life since I met him.

Colin began training me about 5 years ago and i count it only the second best thing I’ve ever done for myself (obviously the first one was meeting my wife 😊). While perhaps falling short of a fully-fledged Quasimodo, half a lifetime of hard labour and injuries had left me splendidly asymmetric. Colin has performed miracles in getting my posture straightened out (more or less) whilst building strength and resilience. He has a profound knowledge of human physiology, with word perfect recall of every muscle group, which means I train perfectly safely. He also has equal insight into psychology which is even more valuable to me because he understands the niceities of motivation. I could not recommend him more positively.

I have been working with Colin for just over 6 weeks and I have been amazed with my results in such a short period of time. Iv always been someone who thought I knew what I was doing when it came to fitness (I had been working out for over 10 years n worked with other PT’s in the past and was in good shape as a size 8, 31 female). That being said I had back, neck pains & poor posture from sitting at a desk all day long. I also had never managed to build any sort of muscle and just focussed on cardio.

Colin has helped me in 3 key areas through his training n coaching:

I. My back and neck pain is pretty much none existent and my posture has improved considerably.

2. For the first time in training I have built muscle and look toned

3. He has completely changed my mind and re-educated me on food and exercise. I have learnt so much from him!

There are PT’s then there is Colin!! He is by far the best PT I have ever worked with and I would highly recommend him. Thank you Colin for all that you’ve done with me so far, I cannot wait to see my progress in another 6 weeks time 👏🏼
