Went on a Customer Sense World Host course last year and really enjoyed it. Lynda our trainer was really knowledgeable and engaging. I learnt a lot and had fun at the same time. The booking process and admin was all very straight forward too. Highly recommended.

I have been a trainer for most of my life with 9 modules on sales strategies and training. I recently signed up to become an ambassador for Armagh City a city that's dear to my heart. The training consisted of 6 weeks and was provided by Lynda Willis from Customer Sense Training. I found her method of delivery exceptional and her approach and preparation second to none.
