I fixed my macbook Air with them. And my experience was very good. Price was very reasonable. And they don't charge just to check the device. Customer service is top notch. I felt they are there to help you instead of ripping you off like some others.

I cannot recommend CyberThrone Computers enough. Lukas is a nice, genuine guy - with excellent computing knowledge and a real willingness to help. CyberThrone doesn't charge for diagnostics, which is incredibly decent. I feel like I can call into the shop for advice and computing chat at any point. Don't waste your money with big, uncaring national companies. Use your decent, local stores.

Avoid this fraudulent seller. I had a broken MacBook air that I wanted to sell for parts on ebay. I enlisted the help of my husband as he knows more about computers than me. He listed it for parts 'not working'. Lukas at Cyberthrone bought it and then tried to claim a refund saying parts were missing / parts were not working, he said that he wasn't sure there was a hard-drive in the Laptop. Luckily we had details of all serial numbers and photos of hard drive. A few days later he was selling our laptop and parts on ebay, whilst still trying to claim a refund. Totally dishonest and fraudulent. We let him know we had all the serial numbers and he dropped the claim for a refund but is still selling the laptop parts on ebay. If anyone doubts this story we have proof of everything and photos of all evidence. Ebay have been informed and we will be reporting this to Action fraud.
I notice the owner has now responded, the fraud was on ebay and the seller Lukas was reported to ebay. He was booted off ebay and changed his ebay name 2 days later on 21st of June 2018 to PClaptop_Partz He is still selling on ebay, BEWARE!
