Dealing with Roz in Aberdeen was a great experience. Having been hit from behind by an uninsured driver and fracturing my elbow I was concerned by the whole compensation process. Roz guided me through the process and dealt extremely with the particularly difficult insurance company. As a cyclist herself she completely understood my situation and this gave me huge confidence in getting a good resolution. As a British Cycling member I was contacted by their solicitor but was unimpressed by their manner, but immediately felt understood by Roz.
