Unfortunately this is one company not to be trusted my dealings have only been with Julian Butler the Managing director the man at the top and if you cant trust him it generally follows through the ranks This experience dealing with Dara solutions has only led to disappointment and very poor customer service, I purchased from him via ebay albeit it was a fully refurbished machine namely The Bluelyzer from Dara solutions I might add the instrument it self seems to be ok except its low level co overload which takes ages to reset but overall ok small and neat. unfortunately the problem starts when getting the equipment serviced its been back for 3 services and each time has come back with a problem ranging from batteries not charging to items missing to completely not working the later all within 2 weeks of coming back from a service, when you request for it to be sorted he denies all responsibility and states it's down to you when you know it clearly is not.

Bottom line is nice analyser but the customer service and calibration arm is extremely poor my advice is stay well clear from any business that Julian Frank Butler is involved with.
Particularly if you want an analyser that comes back working and lasts beyond two weeks I don't think that is to much to ask?
