Joanna brings her own light into the room and you cannot help but be bathed in it. She has the ability to tune into where you are and the intuition to know where to take you during a coaching session. She holds you to account for your commitments and is always there to support you and motivate you along the way. She is the ONLY person to get me actually enjoying exercise!!! I particularly love and connect with the way she uses visualisation as a methodology to help you explore what you are experiencing and what you want and what it would feel like when you move closer to your destination.

Joanna Hunek is one of the most professional persons I’ve ever met. Her personalized approach, being at the same time challenging and warm is more than impressive. We were meeting half a year and thanks to these conversations I realized what my unnecessary limitations are. I didn’t believe in my advantages – presenting and negotiation skills; I was concentrated to much on my weakness. She opened my eyes on easy true – there are things that are out of our control. I can't overstate how much value I have taken from my time spent with Jo. As a business leader with over 20 years experience, and having actively driven my personal development, which included having worked with coaches at work over the years, I thought that I was a well rounded leader and initially had my reservations as to how much value I would take from these coaching sessions, but I have taken more value from 12 coaching sessions than I ever thought possible. I was challenged, taken out of my comfort zone and driven to better understand myself and my values. I felt compelled to write this review after doing a course of coaching sessions with Joanna.
I came to her with no particular targets as such, I just knew that I had more to offer the world and felt as if I had been underachieving for years.

I was deeply unhappy in my career and felt trapped in the house I lived in.
Joanna gave the clarity of mind to realise I could change these things (despite telling myself for many years that I couldn't)

At our first meeting in late July 2018, Joanna did a process with me that measured my satisfaction levels in various areas of my life. The categories could be scored from 1 (being extremely un-satisfied) to 10 (being very satisfied).
It was at a session last week that we decided to re-visit this process. Over 8 specific areas of my life, I scored 9 in 7 of them and 7 in the remaining one. When we looked back at my original numbers, I was hitting 4's and 5's all the way ! !

I actually got a bit emotional when I saw the results but I don't really know why tbh ?

My life has transformed since we embarked on this process. I am healthier, happier and armed with the necessary tools to deal with all the things life can throw at me. I fully understand that my happiness is my responsibility and I no longer externalise things (well not much anyway)
I also have a very healthy obsession with all things 'self development' and regard myself as a work in progress.
I am currently in the process of a career change that I never imaged would be possible for me. My house is up for sale and I am looking to move to the place I have always wanted to live.

I thanked Joanna wholeheartedly for everything she has done for me but she refused to take credit, pointing out that I had done all the work. This is the most beautiful thing with this co-creative method of coaching.

Make no mistake though, Joanna facilitated the change and I will be ever grateful to her for that. We will continue to have sessions indefinitely, the only thing that will change is the frequency.

In summary, I couldn't recommend Joanna highly enough. If you genuinely wish to become the best possible version of yourself, give her a call. I DARE you..................

I love to do a lot of things and it seems that all of them are important for me... so I have been coached by Joanna and she has helped me to focus and find a direction in my professional life and building a plan to go for it!! She has bringed me more clarity related to who I am and what I will love to work on!!
