Without the team at David Burr, I doubt our move would have taken place. From our first viewing with Gemma on the property we have now purchased, followed up by Richard who viewed our property, and prepared extremely professional details - which ensured we tied a sale up within weeks. In the current market that was excellent. Tim has been nothing short of brilliant with the progression, ensuring that we exchanged within 14 weeks of our offer being accepted. The communication with the whole team has been first class. David Burr were not actually the agent for the sale of my property but I wish they were! My dealings with them were all related to the purchase however, I wish they had been responsible for both. Without Richard, Tim & Gemma supporting me with the sales progression and negotiation, I do not believe things would have happened both as quickly and as smoothly as they did. My agents never called to follow up, but the team at DB were providing me weekly updates (sometimes twice weekly/daily) on what was happening with the whole chain, it was an amazing service that I was extremely grateful for considering they were making no financial gain from me. We managed to go from agreed sale to completion in 9 weeks which is unheard of these days and it's all thanks to them. If I ever sold again, there would be only one agent I would use, no question, and that's Richard & Tim at David Burr Castle Hedingham.
