Unprofessional Company from top to bottom! Bus Driver crashed into my car with complete and utter lack of care and attention! Causing severe damage, driver laughed and showed no care or interest to me and my passengers. Company did not offer to help transport us back home, stranded for 4 hours! Poor attitude of company as their attitude is ‘well that’s what insurance is for!’ I had 3 young boys with me one who was sitting where the bus crashed! They did not ask if we were ok and head of company had a complete lack of interest and was more interested in how angry I was!! I would not recommend a company who does not care if they have accidents or the damage they cause because you can claim for it!!! A company lacking in customer skills and dangerous drivers! Avoid!

Sharing our experience on the Red Tour Sightseeing bus with D & E Coaches today. Unfortunately there was an unscheduled stop due to an issue with smoke coming out of back of bus . @Bailey our bus driver acted extremely quickly and professionally, pulling over into a safe parking spot and evacuating the bus. He then proceeded to call the fire brigade, and ensured we were all safely off the road. The firies arrived to make all safe, and another bus had to come & collect us to continue our tour.

Just a shout out to our driver John. Took the coach & cruise Loch Ness tour. He made sure we got to where we were suppost to be. Also made the ride enjoyable, with some history and stories along the way. Really had a good time.

Brilliant company based in Inverness offering a wide range of services throughout the Highlands.They run regular bus services and school pickup services all over the Highlands. They also have regular tours and run private hire for weddings football and recreational events. Buses are Very clean and tidy and drivers highly experienced.

we went on a cruise with P&O ship named the Arcadia docked at inforgoren on the 27/7/22 our excursion was called the loch ness exoerience our coach was number 10 and our drivers name was daniel, we sat on the nearside at the front, we had such a lovely time daniel is a excellent driver very thoughtful in his work that is very hard to find these days, A big thank you daniel.
