It’s an excellent service, takes all the pressure, no letters, calls from creditors.
Always nice advisors, they never judged, very flexible, we’ve changed the dates and amounts if we needed to a smaller/bigger amount on a later date. Never been a problem.

We got in contact with DFH around 2020 afters debts started getting out of control. After speaking with them, we came up with a plan that suited us whilst also managing all our debtors. The annual reviews helped us a lot, giving us the flexibility to increase or reduce our payments if and when needed. They were also only a call away to help with any problem, whether it be unable to make payments for debtors chasing. Can't rate them highly enough for all their help and support.

Had a great conversation with dfh this morning. They have helped me no end with sorting my financial issues to a very comfortable repayment plan , they took away all the stress of communicating with companies and kept me updated with the whole process checking in with me regularly. Then do a yearly review to check all amounts coming in and out still work for me . Very calm reassuring staff taking you through every step couldn't recommend them enough

Debt is the most humiliating and degrading feeling. Even though it's not necessarily your fault, the impact is devastating. DFH helped me navigate through solutions in a comprehensive manner. Sharelle was outstanding. I didn't feel ashamed or confused talking to her. She made me feel like a human being again. Everyone I've spoken to has been so very professional and taken time to explain things to me.

We are very happy with DFH for the help in dealing with all companies involved they look after their clients and negotiate with the companies to get the best outcome for both parties. All staff have been very kind, courteous and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone struggling with cost of living. I spoke charnet to and she was very helpful and caring and so are all staff members I have dealt with.

I have been with DFH for some time now, and I was in financial difficulties.I have never had a problem, the Customer Support Team, are always quick to reply to emails, or giving you a telephone call, the Customer Services Team have always been kind and friendly and helpful. I had a problem, which was not DFH, but a debt company, and it caused me great anxiety, and DFH sorted it all out on my behalf. And the weight and worry has just been removed from me, it is such a relief, and even bigger relief knowing I am with a company, that genuinely do care for their customers. I totally recommend using DFH. Very friendly, very helpful. Thank you Jenna, Celiwe and all the customer service representatives that have helped me, I really do appreciate your help and advice, and what's more, you lift a lot of worries, and you feel like you are talking to friends. You aren't judged, the Customer Services Team are all very friendly lovely people.
