Absolute Crooks. Please consider the 1 as a zero. We paid dice to do some work in 2021 (up front). We paid them over £20k. We then decided not to go ahead and agreed a £15k credit note to be carried forward to a further structural engineering project.

In 2024 we attempted to engage both Wayne and Raj (owners) to do works. They have ignored us, given us the run around. They eventually agreed to do £15k of works after threats of legal action from us. Our architect sent them the requested CAD drawings and again they have ignored us for months. The drawings were sent in July last year (2024) and it is now April 2025.

I am now going to take them to court, but whatever you do, please do not pay these people in advance of receiving works. They are quite happy to take the money and they will not deliver.
