Applied to a job on LinkedIn, was called by one of Discovery's representatives to say I had the job. Was called back to say the rep was mistaken and I had to attend an assessment in Birmingham. Attended the assessment to find out the reps knew hardly anything about the job I applied for. Was then told the same day that I had the job, opened the documents for the offer to find out it was an entirely different position than what I applied for. Incompetent from start to finish. I would not recommend using this recruitment agency due to pure unprofessional conduct.

My experience with Discovery as been nothing but positive. Firstly, I found their assessment centre days to be both innovative and enjoyable, especially when compared to many other assessment centres that I have completed previously. The day also included a section that is dedicated to providing you with real and genuine feedback which is something that I found very helpful as this is often neglected by other recruitment agencies or employers.

Despite not initially getting the job that I had first applied for, Discovery were able to match with a different job listing soon after and suggested that I research the role. I have since been employed by that company which is very much down to the due diligence of the discovery staff and support they provided me with throughout the process.

I would therefore thoroughly recommend Discovery for graduates who are looking for the next step in their career.

The whole recruitment process was so disorganised, saw me as just a number. Didn't even bother to get back to me to tell me I had been unsuccessful in my application! How long does it take for someone to just click send on an already drafted rejection email? Not going to waste my time with them again!
