Had a home report done by Mr Churm and a colleague in Dumfries. He was very professional, courteous and arrived right on time.

The survey took around an hour. I was in agreement with all aspects of the home report. It was a very fair assessment of my home and outbuilding. Assessment was based on my home and not just other sales in surrounding area, which is always a worry when having valuation.

It's always a bit unsettling having strangers assess your home, but Mr Churm and his colleague had a contagious calmness about them that made it much less so.

A very positive experience and I would definitely use this company again.
