Rob at Douglas and Gordon Estate Agents has been absolutely brilliant throughout the process of buying my flat. He has gone above and beyond to assist in recommending and then chasing the solicitors to make sure they are timely and keeping me informed the whole way through. He even made the extra effort to bring the keys to me upon completion which was very much appreciated. Since moving in, Rob has still assisted in an issue with finding the electricity meter and contacted the seller on my behalf. Douglas & Gordon were extremely efficient and professional in helping us find a house to rent in the Battersea Park area, and stood out above all other agents we’d registered with.
