We have moved away from this company as service not as good as it has been since Stuart & Eddie ran it.

We initiated we wanted to move away, asked for our data and got an abrupt email with threatening cancellation fee after so many years with Drivercheck and paying a lot of money for our checks.

The new manager there is rude.

It was interesting shopping around looking at systems and pricing and we have not had value for money and there is better out there.

Sorry to leave after a long time, but we miss the old team and the prices are now far too high.

Person I spoke to on the phone was really rude, unhelpful and extremely arrogant. Very full of their own imagined self importance. I don't know what was wrong with her but she should not be in a job where she is speaking and dealing withe the public.
