Poor Service all round, your lucky to even be seen with the horrendous waiting times, then when you finally do its random who you get, many times i have had to guide the volunteer to get help, not that informative as you need it to be some of these ppl might be great, a lot of them are rubbish and some people who work here dont even really try to help i been given wrong info many times Disgrace.

The wellgate shopping centre is okay for moving about got plenty access for wheel chair users also got the lifts and got parking space.

The front line admins deserve 5*. But the ones who are trying to help don't put much effort.
I was victim of a con couple, some Dundonian guys came to my garden to do some work, took the money, didn't do the job and run away.
CAB told me that if I don't have that home address that I can't do anything, even I have their correspondence on Facebook and mobile numbers.
So people, crime is legal in Dundee?

I wonder whether they will react differently if a Dundonian was scammed by a foreign person?!

To sum up. According to CAB everyone can go on Facebook and pretends that sells things or services. Once get the money, can just run away and get away with that, as long as the other side don't have your address.
